Frequently asked questions

How does the free trial work?

When you install Replenishly and approve the subscription in Shopify, your 7-day free trial starts immediately. You won't be charged until the trial ends. If you cancel before the 7 days are up, you pay nothing.

How is billing handled?

Billing is managed entirely by Shopify. Choose monthly ($29/month) or annual ($299/year — saving $49). Your subscription appears on your Shopify invoice alongside your other app charges. Replenishly never holds your payment details directly.

Why does the App Store show a different currency?

The Shopify App Store displays pricing in USD regardless of your location. You're billed in USD through Shopify's billing system — your bank or Shopify may apply a currency conversion if your store operates in a different currency. The amount billed is always $29/month.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Cancel from your Shopify admin under Apps → Manage apps → Replenishly → Cancel subscription. Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Is there a limit on PO drafts or factories?

No. Both the monthly and annual plans include unlimited PO drafts, unlimited factories, and unlimited factory assignments. There are no per-PO fees or per-supplier charges.

Does Replenishly work with multiple Shopify locations?

Yes. When receiving inventory, Replenishly detects all active locations on your Shopify account and lets you select the receiving warehouse before committing stock adjustments.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your PO drafts, audit logs, factory configurations, and settings are retained for 30 days after cancellation. After that, your data is deleted from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Can I get a refund?

Shopify manages subscription refunds in line with their billing policies. Contact us at support@replenishly.co.uk if you have concerns and we'll do our best to help.
